Why I Created Pet Boarding Insider
After more than 40 years working in the pet industry—and 34 years owning and operating my own pet resort—I’ve learned that most pet owners simply don’t know what happens behind the scenes at boarding, daycare, and grooming facilities. And they shouldn’t be expected to.
